OUR STORY
Seven Years of
Doing the Hard Work.
Space Coast Helpdesk was founded in October 2019, officially launched January 1, 2020, with a straightforward mission: be the partner gas utilities actually need. Not another vendor with a product to push, but the insider who understands the technology, the industry relationships, and the real-world challenges operators face every day.
What started as a service business built around Honeywell PowerSpring implementations has grown into something much larger. Through direct relationships with engineers, utilities, and industry partners, we identified gaps in the market that no existing product was filling. So we filled them ourselves.
Every product in the ecosystem was born from a real problem we saw in the field.
Every one has been peer-reviewed and field-proven. And every one is sold, deployed, and supported by the same team that built it.
